Having personally sold over 150 homes in the Enchanted Hills area I can say that a lot of what people found attractive about the area were the following atributes:
- Easy access to Hwy 550 and I-25. Saving people time on their commute to Kirtland airforce base or to Santa Fe.
- The New HP Facility is just right down the street.
- Central Location for commutes to Santa Fe, Albuquerque, and Farmington. If those are the areas that people travel
- Access to the new rail runner that runs to Santa Fe, Albuquerque, Los Lunas, and don't forget Belen
- Great Schools and a Clean Community
- Great Shopping and Local amenities. Wal-mart, Home Depot, Albertons, Dry Cleaners, Movies, Gyms, Restaurants, Doctors, etc.
- Great Access to Forest Lands with just a short drive.
- Newest High School in the State
- Great Value when it comes to a home purchase. In some cases you might spend 200 to 300k less than you would spend on the same size house in Santa Fe.
