Homes on the Westside of Albuquerque
I remember the day that the question of looking at homes on the westside was on the table. I had always lived in a home on the east side of Albuquerue and had never ventured across the river. Still today there is a good amount of Albquerbuque that will not make it west of the river. I call it fear of the unknown. It is really a case of the grass is greener on the other side of the river.
When I made that trip across the river 9 years ago I ended up purchasing a home within 2 weeks. That is how appealling it was to me. Home are newer. Schools are newer, shopping areas are newer. It was just an amazing new feeling.
Here is an example of a home on the Westside of Albuquerque off of Montano. Now keep in mind this is a resale home and it is still much new and in way better condition than most homes on the eastside of town.
